Bio-burden of Packaging Materials

I’m looking for aerobic plate count data gathered over several months or more for various types of packaging materials: e.g.

  1. polyethylene coated paperboard;
  2. un-coated paper packaging
  3. flexible plastic films and laminations
  4. rigid plastic containers;
  5. etc.

This would represent testing performed as part of individual GMP procedures ,compliance with the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance, aseptic packaging process verification, food customer requirements, etc.

I plan to use any data sets provided in a research paper and/or presentation that presents a statistical assessment the degree of biological hazard presented by such food packaging materials. Complete organizational confidentiality will be maintained.

Please contact me if your organization is willing to share such data....

Hi there,

Given your request, I'm struggling to understand how your data and research would be statistically 'sound'?

Regards,

Tony
