Listeria - What is / would be the best effective Sanitizer(s) to use?
Morning All,
Boy, do I need your guys help here. I have been bombarded with all kinds of answers outside of IFSQN about what is the most effective sanitizer for Listeria ? I'm in a dairy facility. One says Quats, the others says chlorine, others says iodine and so on. What is the most effective sanitizer to use for listeria, salmonella and so on ? Targeted area - Drains / Floors.
Thanks,
After cleaning hypochlorite or peroxyacetic acid are very effective disinfectants.
Regards,
Tony

I'm not in USA but I would first find out if it's regulatory controlled.
