Supplier facility audit for shrimps, cephalopods etc.

dear all,

kindly share any supplier facility audit form for auditing suppliers who supply shrimps, cephalopods, fishes harvested from sea using mechanised boats for exporting the products as frozen blanched/ cooked shrimps/squid rings/ squid tentacles etc. Supplier facility mainly include mechanised fishinig vessel.

Hi Rani, you may find such a document is not as readily available as an audit checklist for food manufacturing.  

 

You could take a look at this food safety program to see what should be in a system and audited and based on this make your own checklist.
