Hi All,

We are currently outsourcing our green coffee bean roasting process at a different facility. We would send them the roasting specifications (temperature, time, etc)

Can anybody please advice what type of information I should request our supplier on the COA in order to control any chemical or biological hazard of the roasted beans?

Thank you!!!

You need the sanitation process and chemicals, if any, that are used. The packaging approval for the containers they will come back to you in. I would also ask for the pest control program. Hope this helps
