Hello, all - I just joined, and am really excited about this wonderful resource of food safety info and expertise - I work for a small dessert manufacturer in America, and we plan to work toward SQF certification in the near future. In the meantime, we are committed to continuous improvement when it comes to food safety, and this seems like a great place to learn.
