Revise Quality Management System Documents to BRC Issue 7

Hello All,
I am come back from maternity leave after one year, since 2 weeks, in a new position in Food Safey Team in our company (poultry cooked preparation )-,Food Safety Team Coordinator, and my first task to manage is to revised the quality managemnt sistem documnets ( food safety and quality manual and all the procedures). The company is BRC v 6 certified, this year, on april. My question is: I can add at the documents references the BRC v7, or only the v6. I want to add the 7th version because next year I will must revised against v7, so I will do that now...not to work twice :).

From experience I would say go with version 7 now - its not worth doing twice as long as V6 requirements are still covered.
