Internal vs External Processes

Hello All,

On a recent audit one of the things we got dinged on was that our audits we conducted were based on "external processes" and that there were no internal observations.

This is for a slaughter and boxing facility. Any idea what the auditor is getting at here?

Thanks

Hi qalearner,

Please clarify if you are conducting internal audits of the facility?

Regards,

Tony
