Good day,

Can anyone help me PLEASSSSSE :helpplease:.

I have been working in the food technical department for more than 15 years managing our HACCP system, got BRC, IFS and recently FSSC 22000 but without tertiary training or qualification; only experience.

I would really like to acquire a degree in Food Safety. PLEASE HELP.

I know the GFTC offered a course in Food Safety Management here in Canada a few years ago. They are now with NSF so there may be courses through them available. http://www.gftc.ca/
