Introduction

I am the quality control person for a small wholesale spice factory.  We only blend and package dry products.  I am HAACP Certified but after going through our last 2 audits I am seeking information on other certifications.  I also joined to insure that I am up to date on all the new regulations on allergens (probably our biggest concern with auditors).
