Hi everyone,

Would any of you have available for sharing an evaluation form or process  (so sort of auditor score/performance card) that you may have when evaluating the performance of internal auditors ?

Thanks

I like this idea!  We are going through the process of training several new internal auditors to diversify our auditing team.  All of the new auditors completed a classroom training, and will have three months of OJT training with a more experienced auditor.  Since each audit team will do 1-2 audits per month, this equates to 3 or more audits before they can audit on their own.  We typically always audit in teams anyway.  I definitely think adding an evaluation at the end of the 3-month mark would improve our training program.
