Country wise Allergen Details

Hi All,

Me from fish canning factory Maldives, we are going to produce different flavored canned tuna. So this ingredients contains so many allergens, to list out this all allergens i need a good reference.

Please can someone give me details about country wise allergens details, Is there any EU or FDA regulations specifying all the listed allergens? and what about the allergens not listed in the EU or FDA?

Check out the EU Safefood website they will have  information on the Allergens recognised by the EU. I presume the FDA/USDA have something similar.

EU have 14 identified food allergens according to above website. Is this available with any EC Regulation or Directive? In addition we have some mild allergenic substances like Coriander, Cumin, Fenugreek, Dill seed, garlic powder etc (This items not listed in EU), So do we need to conduct risk analysis for this mild allergenic ingredients?

Yes if I were you I'd risk assess the slightly allergenic ingredients as well.
