Hi I am new here!

Hi everyone,

   I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. My name is Brandi, I am in Quality assurance and I have been in the food business for almost 5 years. I have previously worked in a RTE and i am currently working in dry rice packaging, these two things are very different. I have been struggling here and there on many different things and i googled alot and came across this site which is soo amazing. I have read a million posts since yesterday and I just wanted to tell you that I am excited to read more. You all have such awesome knowledge and patience, I am excited to be involved. Thank you in advance for the million and one questions that i will ask.
