Auditor no integrity

Advice needed

I had an auditor from Red Tractor come on site and give me a major NC

I had found out this auditor had gone to another factory and told them he had give us a NC

I made a complaint about this to red tractor to state to them I wish not to have him back on site due to his integrity etc. I am now being threatened by RT that if I do not allow him back on site to follow up they will remove my licence

Whats your thoughts people

It certainly seems unprofessional to discuss an audit with another company without your permission. It also sounds unusual that Red Tractor refuse to accept your request for an alternative auditor.

Is there an arbitration procedure to follow?

No Basically I have been told if I don't allow the auditor on site my licence will be revoked as they state he is the only auditor they have in this field with the expertise which i find very hard to believe. I have tried to contact senior people at red tractor but have had no sucess

How was this phrased?

While it may be less than professional to discuss what neighboring facilities get for an NR, if an auditor used your NR as an example without identifying you and the other facility guessed it was you, it's not as bad. Also what was the NR? What standard does Red Tractor uphold to?
