Hi I am Kristen! Nice to "meet" everyone!
I was recently hired to undertake getting a tofu manufacturing facility ready to be SQF certified. It has never been done prior to my arrival, so I am having to start from scratch >.<
My only experience is having worked in a dairy plant that was SQF certified...so the concept is there, it's just a matter of putting it all together. Plus dairy and tofu are very different beasts :)

I suppose it depends on how you look at it; it’s perhaps easier when the system is already in place or mostly in place. However, it’s nice to start with a blank piece of paper; more of a challenge yes, but quality managers always like to rip it up and start again. :smile:
