My name is Nuraini, I'm a Food Technologist working with Food Safety & Quality Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia. I have been following IFQSN for quite some times as silent reader and I would like to gain more insight in food safety with particular HACCP and it's implementation, as well as other aspect of food processing in relation to food safety.
