Micro in Margarine?

Anyone familiar with micro in margarine?

What type of micro is favored for growth in margaarine?

We have a circulating system that runs for 5 days before CIP.

Recently did a validation study and noticed the count jumps from <10 to thousands by Day 3-4.

Any insights as to what other testing we can do?

The margarine is baked... but I have raised concerns about toxins. What kind of toxins should we test for for margarine?

Also, what would be the risk for using the margarine ? (The margarine is non-dairy)
