Is there a time limit set in the traceability test for FSSC22000?

Started by , Oct 08 2015 09:39 AM

Hi,

Is there a time limit set in the traceability test for FSSC22000? BRC specifies 4 hours (unless there are time zone issues). Is this the same for FSSC?

Thanks.

FSCC not set a time limit. In many cases the time limit could be set by customer requirements (walmart sets a time limit of 2 hours), or established by internal decisions (as may be established by adopting the BRC)
