Help Needed! Setting up GMPs, SSOPs and SOPs
I've recently been tasked with setting up GMPs, SSOPs and SOPs at over 15+ distribution sites for my parent company. I figure all of these sites should be treated as an extension of my dairy processing plant. Does anyone have any advice and/or templates for Distribution SOPs and policies? I must consider GMPs, Sanitation, Pest Control, Allergen Control and Temperature Control.
Hi you mention that the parent site is a dairy processing facility and the 15 additional sites are distribution centers, is this correct? If so, the Procedures and Policies are similar, though not the same.
I must be bias, but I'd get an SQF Registered Consultant that is certified in your FSC's for assistance.
