Hello,

I am past member that has a new job and so I rejoined because the information I gained was so informative.  I used to work as a QA Manager for a small cheese factory in Wisconsin and now I am Laboratory Supervisor for a meat processing plant also in Wisconsin.  I look forward to learning new things in the meat world as I did in the cheese world.  Thanks for letting me rejoin.
