it's very interesting your posts because I'm doing a Food Defense a food biovigilance course very interesting at BTC elearning and is free (http://btcces.com/mooc/) you can subscrive if you want because it will finish only at 11th of march. And the videos you post they came to meet my questions, because one of the tasks of this course it was to enter at FDA site and doing the ALERT exercise.
