Hi everyone, I recently joined an organization that produce direct food contact packaging material. We want to get BRC certified, so we using Issue 5 of the Global Standard Packaging and Packaging Materials. Hoping to meet packaging experts. I am a Food Scientist with vast experience in frozen bakery and confectionery industry.
