RE: Lecture in Food Safety/Bad Practices for BSc Food Science/Environmental Health students

Good Morning All,

I am looking for an photographs/images of food manufacturing facilities highlighting bad practices (either noticeable or not so noticeable). I use this material for teaching degree students during auditing lectures.

Any images would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached a few examples of what I currently use.

Many thanks,

Simon

GFTC has a 15 min GMP video that shows bad practices, its a little aged but I find that it still holds up.
