FSSC 22000 Basics

Hi guys,

We're planning on having a FSSC audit this year, and i'm totally have no idea on what i should do first. I tried reading the previous post in here but they are advanced and i can't keep up.

So, anyone knows any related literature or knowledge on the basic approach of FSSC 22000?

Any info would be useful.

OK If you are in a manufacturing plant you should comply with ISO 22002-1 ,

this checklist will help you for GAP assessment

Do not worry you can prepare your system , PRP's and perfprm a gap assessment in FSCC called stage 1  , in this step the expert will explain the gaps for you and support you with the gaps before the audit

I assume you now appreciate the linkage between fssc22000, iso22000, and iso22002-1

Maybe you could post a gap analysis(es) to indicate which parts you don’t understand.

Thank you for all your post. Right now, I can't read them all. I have a lot of things to do, first thing first, we will have organic certification next week. But once i read all of this and have any questions, I'll get back to this thread.
