I am currently working as the Food Safety / QA Manager in a ground beef operation in the US, but also have several years of experience with a very large poultry company in several states, as well as pork and lamb experience from my younger days.
I've lurked here for quite a while, and have decided to finally join and reap the benefits of this community!
