Do you attach NCRs for raw materials or equipment to your LHRs?

Hi,

As the title says, do you attach or reference NCRs related to raw materials or equipment to your LHRs, if the lot was affected by the NC equipment. Or, do you just attach/reference NCR related to the manufacturing process and access any other NCR information via NCR log to confirm that there are not open non-manufacturing NCs before releasing the lot.

TIA.
