I am the Plant Operations Manager at a Dry Blending facility in Cookeville, Tennessee USA, I have been in food manufacturing for 16 years and Industrial operations for over 30 years. We are currently BRC V.7. I stumbled upon this site while researching Food Safety and Quality objectives. So far the forums have had some great information, ideas and suggestions.
