Thanks for the file.

I assume this was intended for a Food Packaging facility.

 

Couple of queries.

 

(1) The choice of items to be included as PRPs typically depends on various  factors.

Was this list designed for any particular FS Standard ?

 

(2) Don’t recall ever seeing “internal audit” classified as  a PRP ?. Maybe related to (1).

Add waste disposal in the list.

A couple of questions.

What is the purpose of this?

New start up that has no programs in place?

If so, what are the goals in the Gant chart?

Are their goals?

What are the intermediate goals that, I assume need to be met before you can monitor or verify?
