Testing required to confirm cream pasteurization
Started by rellie, Apr 17 2016 07:42 AM
Hi all,
Could anyone shed some light as to what testing they conduct on cream to verify pasteurization is successful on cream?
Currently we conduct the Phosphatase Test on cream and milk, however a recent audit indicated that we should be completing a Peroxidase Test on the cream instead.
Thanks
When you send samples for testing do you keep some for self-evaluation
Shelf-life validation gap: HACCP says 24 months frozen, but testing only ran 4 months (beef plant)
Micro Testing Limits for Hemp Seeds and Oils
Reducing recall exposure from annual composite adulterant testing done post-distribution
Compressed Air Testing: Is Annual Microbiological Analysis Necessary or Can the Requirement Be Removed?
