Produce Cooler SSOP

Hey Y'all,

Is there anyone who is willing to  show me an example of a cooler SSOP? I need to write a SSOP for a refrigeration unit that is used for a variety of fresh produce waiting to be sent to market.

Who to clean?

 

Cleaning and sanitation program should be performed by trained personnel.

 

When to clean?

 

Specify frequency of cleaning e.g once every fortnight or before and after production. Cleaning regiment duration 2-4 hours (depending on area size).

 

How & what to clean?

 

Specify chemicals, equipment, tools needed to carry out cleaning process at each designated areas (doors, ceiling, wall, racks, etc) . List out the steps chronologically e.g 1. Rinse once through with water 2. Apply chemical 3. Apply hot water 4. Scrub with brush etc etc

 

Why clean?

 

Specify purpose/objective/scope
