T develop a HACCP plan for any manufacturing operations you need to follow the basic structure for HACCP systems. The main parts which are common to a HACCP food safety system are
1. Management Statement
2. HACCP team formation
3. Scope
4. Process Diagram/s
5.Hazard Analysis
6. Hazard Audit Table
7. Verification Schedule
8. Support Programmes i.e. Pest control, Calibration of equipment, Cleaning Programme, Staff Training, Supplier management
Out of the 8 sections 5 of them is not operations specific. The remaining three (Process Diagram, Hazard analysis and Hazard Audit tablesare specific to your operations.
Therefor rather then looking for generic HACCP plan you can developed every effective programme by little effort.
