Hi Haikader,

:welcome:

Welcome to the IFSQN forums, I think putting in key achievements will add to your resume.

Kind regards,

Tony

Hi Haikader,

As Tony says, list what you've achieved, not the job description.

How many BRC audits have you lead/supported?

What grades were achieved?

Did you prepare and deliver the food safety training yourself?

What projects have you managed?

What were the results?

Any mentoring? How did it go?

Jim

thanks tony... I will  add an acheivement

I agree with Jim. Highlight any of the above and it's very impressive.

Also, if you can make your achievements quantifiable, that may be best. For example: "Lead annual re-certification audit for X years between 20XX-XX, average audit score above X%" or "Reduced reworked product by X% in X quarters." It's an easy way to communicate that you are an effective and useful employee to have around, because you improve efficiency and get things done.

If you're currently updating your resume because you're looking for new employment, I wish you the best of luck!
