I mean ... according to ISO 22000 there will be mandatory procedures.

Yes, this is all mandatory procedures. Not having any one may lead to a possible finding during your audit sessions.

Because the ISO 22000 requires that these procedures must be documented.
The others,you should have procedures,but not necesary documented.

Sorry to disagree but a scan of the Standard shows many more references to "documented" than those you mention..
"Procedures" is a rather ambiguous terminology.

I have to agree with Marcelo on this point - the original post asked about 'mandatory' procedures. ISO is very clear regarding this and if the standard states the specific words 'documented procedure(s)', then - and only then - are you required to have a procedure which covers that clause of the relevant standard. It doesn't matter if the words 'documented' or 'procedure' appears separately - the specific requirement for mandatory procedures, as asked by the original poster, is only when the standard states that documented procedures shall be established.
Yes, the standard is littered with various other mandatory records etc (as described in the linked posts above) but the query here related to procedures - a very specific requirement which i don't find ambiguous in any way.

Within the context of the OP/Post4, these iso22000/iso22004 quotes seem to me to best specify the scope of an appropriate reply -
General
The food safety management system documentation shall include
a) documented statements of a food safety policy and related objectives (see 5.2),
b) documented procedures and records required by this International Standard, and
c) documents needed by the organization to ensure the effective development, implementation and updating of the food safety management system
Where ISO 22000 refers to a documented procedure or statement, this should be interpreted to mean that the procedure or statement is established, documented, implemented, reviewed and maintained by the organization as part of the food safety management system. Documents that usually form part of the system include product specifications, HACCP plans, operational PRPs and PRPs and other required operating procedures, including contracts for any outsourced processes (e.g. pest control, product testing). The documents used by the organization should be available when and where required and may be in any valid format (e.g. paper, electronic or picture)
With respect to "Mandatory procedures" I noticed this approach in an article on ISO22000 which seemed useful to me. “Mandatory Procedures” is defined as per the categories (b,c) in 1st quote above, ie -
Mandatory Procedures = (i) Procedures mandated by the Standard + (ii) Procedures considered necessary by the FBO for managing Food Safety.
(FBO = Food Business Operator)
(i) for iso22000 is equated to the set of iso22000 textually specified “documentation procedures” while (ii) is to be "determined" by the “Business”
(I would expect all significantly relevant procedures in (ii) to be documented).
Currently I suspect that, for iso22000, the terminology “Mandatory Procedures” (MPs) is mainly being used as a promotional tool, eg two examples of 14 MPs -

Afaik, there is no specific requirement in iso22000 to present a list of "Mandatory Procedures". If so, IMO, it's simpler to avoid the terminology all together.
