Storage of food items in trash bag

Hello

 

 I would like to know whether any scientific evidence available for the storage  of food items which is primarily packed inside the trash bag  .I have seen in some of the units are using trash bags for carrying bulk  quantity of bread primarily packed  .

 

Please advise

The plastic needs to be food grade, since non-food grade plastics can leach into the food, among other things.

trash bags will be source of serious contamination as you do not know material components, so stop using them immediately
