Food raw material/ product specification template

Hope all are doing good..

If anyone please share me a template for finish product and raw material specification sheet, I would be very grateful.

secondly may I know what are the legal/mandatory/regulatory requirement points should state in product specification sheets?

Hi,

Raw material specification should contain 1-2 line of material description like general name and scientific name, Physical, organoleptic, chemical and microbiological specification, Storage condition with material expiry/best before.

For Product specification, Use the parameter like organoleptic , physical, chemical and microbiological characteristic with the addition of shelf life and storage condition. You can also add allergen information in the product data sheet.
