Food Technologist with 18yrs experience in dairy industry. Team Leader at Citrus Fruit Processor, Eastern Cape, South Africa: FSSC 22000 Food Safety & SGF 9001 Food Quality Management Systems (Accredited since 2013 and 2016 respectively). Exporting citrus juices and citrus juice concentrate to Europe, USA and Far East.
