Hello IFSQN members,
I'm Austin, QA Manager at EartH2O, a bottled water company based in Culver, OR. I've been a lurker of IFSQN for several months, taking advantage of the awesome free webinars and past community resources here.
I have a little under 4 years of quality experience in the food industry, and have worked with amenable and non-amenable shelf stable meal products (freeze-dried) as well as beverages. I have an educational background in animal science and microbiology.
I've been impressed with this community and am glad to have a small (if not very active) part in it.
