Hi all,

 

just a quick intro. I am Margreet and since about 1 year I am working for a Dutch further poultry processor, as quality manager. With previous suppliers I have worked 5 years as quality manager in an organic wholesaler with own packaging department, and 9 years in a Dutch dairy cooperative, with the cheese business group.

 

I have joined the forum as I am always eager to learn, and I feel that at times I am lacking certain information. I would also like to learn from the experience from others, to check and improve our current procedures. And I am keen on exchanging information, or helping out others if I can help them with my experience or knowledge. Always helps to learn from each other!
