Introductions

Hi All,

I work at Knightsbridge PME we make wonderful items for cakes and cake decorating as well as run classes etc. I've been tasked with working out if you go for BRC or ISO so I'm hoping to gather lots of info an d advice from you all  :sleazy:

Welcome Giu, I'm not so good at making cakes, but I sure love eating them.  

I had a cup of coffee and nice slice of carrot cake earlier today.
