Rookie in a big industry.

Hi! I'm Yen. I've only been working for 3 years since I graduated university (UC Irvine, USA) in 2013. Luckily my opportunities allowed me to pick up quality/regulatory knowledge faster usual. I'm well versed (so i'd like to think) within the dietary supplements industry, and i'm currently covering both food and dietary supplements in my line of work. I have a good understanding of FDA and GMP regulations as they apply in the US. My work requires me to research ingredient acceptability in other countries including most of the EU and Asia, Canada, and Australia (Brazil and Mexico are difficult for me). Also evaluating quality systems of other companies and creating necessary quality manuals and standard operating procedures. There's the occasional facility audits that I would also take part in and create reports for. I would like to use ifsqn as a resource to supplement my growth in the industry and of course to soak up all the knowledge and wisdom that the world's leading quality/regulatory professionals here have to offer. (I accidentally stumbled upon this site today while searching for HACCP applications to oats.  :lol2:)
