LOTO Requirements

Hello Everyone,
I work in a food manufacturing plant and something that many of us are wondering if you have to be a specific age to be Lock Out Tag Out trained (over 18). If you had already gone through OSHA training would they have to be a certain age to be LOTO certified? 

Child labor laws generally prohibit hazardous work (including machines requiring loto) by workers under age 18.
