I will be officially launching my consultancy in August 2017 and have started my prep work a year ahead in order to be ready for that.

 

I now have a Linkedin page, Facebook page and standalone web site.

 

It would be good to get advice form others who have started their consultancies - the pitfalls, leesons learned, effective project management of the implementation process etc.

 

This looks like a great forum to help me achieve a successful start up and also to offer my own contributions drawn from 40 years in the packaging industry
