SQF Project Plan Template Needed

Does anyone have an SQF implementation project plan in Excel/Word format? (Steps, Responsible Persons, Time Line, etc.) I have been looking through the forum postings but have not seen one.

Go through each requirement and add columns as desired, for example:

1. What your company already has

2. What gaps exist where you don't meet the requirement

3. Who is responsible

4. Due date to close gap

You can then pivot that sheet with those due dates in excel to provide metrics on your project, number of tasks per person, etc.

Start from 2.1.1 and keep going.

We write implementation guides for our clients, that is what I am doing this weekend at our clients location (well, actually I get to write it up at a nearby hotel.)
