Food defense evaluation for issue 5?

Has anybody created a checklist for food defense including artwork and approved print?

No. Still in discussion actually.

Since all the artwork  (legal and so on) and design is from customer, do we need to do this?

Current control is only artwork and approved print against customer approval print sheet but not focusing on food defense.

:oops2:Can someone assist to clarify if I am in a wrong pathway or understanding...

Which clause in BRC Packaging 5 are you considering ?

I cannot find any mention of defence/defense ?

You are right. It is not food defense. More towards quality parameters against customer specification.

5.2.7 Where artwork files and approved masters are in electronic form, these shall be suitably protected to prevent loss or malicious intervention.

And also I have read more 'malicious' technical word about food defense in other items.

IMO I  think here they mean if in electronic form then password protected computers must be ensured?? or some form of restricted use to prevent changes and damages to artwork.
