Good morning all.

Following on from the RA in the Food Standard, does anyone have a list of risk assessments that have to be carried out and documented and those which are implied please?

I fear there may be more than I thought following the webinar!!

Hi Rosemary,

A summary of references to risk, I have highlighted where risk assessment is required or implied (IMO).

BRC Packaging and Packaging Materials Issue 5 High Risk - References to Risk.pdf   345.95KB   246 downloads

Kind regards,

Tony

Thanks Tony.

Are the sections marked in pink, ones that have to be documented risk analyses?

That is correct Rosemary.

Kind regards,

Tony

thank you Tony!!

the pdf was very helpful.

we are a flexible packaging industry. our basic processes are : raw materials recieving and storage, printing, laminating, cutting into rolls, labeling of products, palletizing and distribution. Is the risk analysis for each production stage sufficient or not?

should we characterize the hazards as biological, chemical, physical and malicious action ?

Thank you in advanced

Polin
