Can a bakery wooden block undergo ISPM-15 treatment?

In our bakery area, we are using wooden block of (280cm x 100cm x 6 cm width) for good dough preparation. Can this wooden block be treated using ISPM-15 method? Also, please advise if ISPM-15 is limited to only pallets and boxes used for export and import purpose ?
