Microbial standard in Food/Spices for USA
Hi all need your help,
Does any one have source of reference where I can find microbial standard in Food for USA?
I try to look in USFDA website, I found only the science research and risk safety assessment so I am not sure if there is the standard?
I would like find microbial standard of spice which i use as an ingredient then i can set standard of incoming ingredient and would like to set standard of finish product.
