Food Safety Training in Foreign Language

I seek your help! Does any one know of a good place where I can find Food Safety Training Material in Vietnamese? Preferable if they also offer that same material in English and Spanish. I'm looking to cover the areas of Food Safety, Sanitation, Allergens, Food Defense, you know....the GOODIES! :D
I'm open to videos, power points, booklets, etc.

Hi,
I struggle with this same problem. The are food defense videos and posters (Employees First) in Vietnamese on the FDA website. There are also posters and videos for good manufacturing practices, but they seem more applicable to food service rather than food manufacturing. There is a HACCP video on youtube in Vietnamese that is not too bad. Hope this helps.
