Hi and hello,

I'm Toatara and very new to the role of food safety and compliance in an NZ apple packhouse.

I've already found this site hugely helpful as there are a lot of things to get my head around.

So thank you for those discussions I have just read on risk assessment and the sample templates that are tried and tested rather than me trying to re-invent the wheel.
