Supplier Risk Assessment Bakery and Pastry

Good day everyone,

 

Although having worked for 18 years in a cannery, I am starting a new challenge in a company that produces frozen bakery and pastry foods.

Who is familiar with the process knows that we have a lot of suppliers, besides traders and the supplier evaluation is somewhat hard.

Although we already have a supplier evaluation,we would like help if anyone has ideas or templates or even where to look for info.
