Introducting myself
Good Morning Everyone, I have worked in the food industry for a very long time. I have worked in the Chocolate, seasoning and breading industry. I am the HACCP coordinator for our facility and certified in preventative controls for human food. I have had roles in Microbiology, Chemist, Quality supervisor, Sensory Specialist, SPC specialist, Regulatory and other roles. Looking forward to learning for all of you and IFSQN.
